Guiding Your Installation Process: Essential Steps for Success

1. Prepare Anchor Bolts:

   Begin by installing the anchor bolts using the provided template, ensuring alignment with the conduit through the center. Pour concrete to the bottom of the thread on the bolts to secure them firmly in place.

   
   

2. Attach Leveling Nuts:

   Once the concrete has cured, place the leveling nuts on the anchor bolts and screw them down to the bottom. Additionally, install washers to provide additional support.

   
   

3. Ensure Level Alignment:

   Utilize a level to adjust the nuts to the same height, ensuring uniformity and stability in the installation process.

   
   

4. Secure the Pole:

   Lower the pole onto the anchors using nylon slings, avoiding the use of chains that may cause damage. Install washers on top of the baseplate to reinforce the connection.

   
   

5. Tighten Nuts to Specifications:

   Install nuts and tighten them to the correct ft/lbs, following the manufacturer's recommendations for optimal stability and performance.

   
   

6. Final Adjustments:

   Level the pole and install nut covers or base covers as needed to provide a finished appearance and protect against environmental elements.
