Our warranty for galvanizing and powder coating does not cover circumstances such as exposure to extreme weather conditions, acts of nature, or misuse.

4. Replacement Policy:

In the rare event of warrantable defects, we reserve the right to replace the product(s) at our discretion, covering only the cost of the replacement pole and delivery.

5. Limitations:

Please note that our warranty does not include reimbursement for removal, re-installation, or any other incidental expenses incurred by the customer.

6. Non-Transferable:

This warranty is exclusively for the customer who issued the Purchase Order to Chanakya Group International Inc. and is non-transferable.
